The recall is also for 28,000 Graco-brand strollers distributed by Elfe Juvenile Products in Canada are subject to a recall notice. The recalled strollers were sold from October 2004 to present day at stores, including Sears, Babies 'R' Us, Wal-Mart and baby specialty stores.
