These two products have really helped me along the breastfeeding path when troubles arise.
Medela's breastshells have saved my sore, cracked nipples from the pain of just wearing a bra. Try to find the larger breast shells so that it can rest on the inner lining of your nursing bra rather than your skin. Their nipple shields have helped with poor latch problems and then problems with increased flow once my milk came in. These two products are great temporary fixes.
